Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Hedefit account and the data tied to it from inside the app.

Steps

1. Open the app and tap the profile icon at the top right of the home screen.
2. Profile and settings screen, scroll to the bottom.
3. Delete account permanently option and confirm with your email address.

Before you delete

• Freeze account: Your data is kept; app access is paused until you reactivate.
• Delete progress data: Your workout, measurement, calorie and streak records are deleted; your account remains.

Data deleted

Permanent deletion removes the profile, workout, nutrition, route, measurement and social records (friendships, challenges) tied to your account. This cannot be undone.

If you can't access the app, write from the email address registered to your account to furkaninanjob@gmail.com ; we will conclude the deletion request within 30 days at the latest. For details, see the privacy policy.
