Gizlilik politikası

Kısaca

Hedefit, antrenman ve beslenme hedeflerine ulaşman için ihtiyaç duyduğu verileri işler. Verilerini satmayız, sağlık verilerini reklam için kullanmayız ve istediğin an hesabını silebilirsin. Ayrıntılar KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde yer alır.

Hangi verileri kullanıyoruz

Hesap bilgilerin (e-posta, kullanıcı adı), profilin (yaş, boy, kilo, hedef), kayıtların (antrenman, öğün, su, uyku, adım, ölçüm), izin verdiğinde konumun (yalnızca rota kaydı sırasında), kameran (öğün ve ekipman analizi) ve Health Connect verilerin.

Sosyal özellikler

Arkadaş ekleyebilir, haftalık XP sıralamasına, etkinlik akışına ve ortak meydan okumalara katılabilirsin. Kullanıcı adın, en az 2 karakter yazan her Hedefit kullanıcısı tarafından aranabilir; sonuçta kullanıcı adın, görünen adın ve profil fotoğrafın görünür. Arkadaşlar ekranındaki "Aramada görün" ayarıyla bunu kapatabilirsin; kapalıyken aramada çıkmazsın, ancak kullanıcı adını tam olarak bilen biri yine de sana arkadaşlık isteği gönderebilir, mevcut arkadaşların etkilenmez. Kabul ettiğin arkadaşların kullanıcı adını, görünen adını, profil fotoğrafını, haftalık XP'ni ve etkinlik özetini (antrenman tamamlama, rota mesafesi, başarım, haftalık hedef/meydan okuma tamamlama ve kazanılan XP) görür. Meydan okumada katılımcılar birbirinin ilerlemesini görür. Öğün, ölçüm, kilo, sağlık ve konum kayıtların arkadaşlarınla paylaşılmaz.

Kullanıcı adları

Kullanıcı adı her hesap için benzersizdir ve başka biri tarafından alınamaz. En az 3 karakter olmalı; müstehcen, cinsel içerikli, küfür ya da hakaret içeren veya Hedefit'i taklit eden adlar kabul edilmez.

Yapay zekâ

FitKoç'un bulut modu, öğün/fotoğraf analizleri ve ekipman tanıma, isteğin yanıtlanması için gereken bilgileri yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına (OpenAI) gönderir. Sağlayıcı bu verileri yanıt üretmek için işler ve yapay zekâ modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz; fotoğraf içeren isteklerde sağlayıcı tarafında kayıt (store) özelliği kapatılır. Hizmet maliyetini ve kötüye kullanımı izlemek için her yapay zekâ isteği için yalnızca özellik, plan, model, token sayısı ve tahmini maliyet kaydedilir; istek ve yanıt metni kaydedilmez ve bu kayıtlar en fazla 180 gün saklanır. Yapay zekâ önerileri tıbbi tavsiye değildir; bir sağlık sorunun varsa uzmana danış.

Sağlık verisi, döngü takibi ve günlük check-in

Günlük check-in (enerji, uyku, ağrı, kas yorgunluğu) ve döngü takibi tamamen isteğe bağlıdır; döngü takibi varsayılan olarak kapalıdır ve yalnızca sen açarsan veri saklanır. Bu veriler hesabına bağlı olarak veritabanında, yalnızca senin erişebildiğin kayıtlarda tutulur. Döngü fazı ve sonraki adet tarihi saklanmaz, her seferinde tarihten hesaplanır. Bu bilgiler planını küçük ölçüde uyarlamak için kullanılır; yapay zekâ koçuna ise yalnızca Premium planda ve "Fit Koç döngü ve check-in bağlamımı kullanabilsin" iznini sen açtıysan iletilir; aksi halde yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına gitmez. Bu veriler reklam ya da analitik amacıyla kullanılmaz ve istek günlüklerine yazılmaz. Ayarlar → Sağlık verisi ve kişiselleştirme bölümünden bilgilerini düzenleyebilir, döngü takibini kapatabilir, döngü verini ya da tüm sağlık verini kalıcı olarak silebilirsin; hesabını sildiğinde de bu veriler silinir. Bunlar tıbbi tavsiye değildir.

FitKoç hafızası

FitKoç, seni zamanla tanıyıp daha uygun yanıt verebilmek için sohbetlerinden çıkardığı ya da açıkça söylediğin kısa notları (egzersiz ve yemek tercihi, hedef, kısıt, alışkanlık, ekipman, motivasyon) hesabına bağlı olarak sunucuda saklar; kullanıcı başına en fazla 60 not tutulur. Kısıt notları bir sakatlık veya sağlık durumuna ilişkin bilgi içerebilir. Bu notlar yanıt üretmek için yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına gönderilen bağlama dahil edilir. Hesabını sildiğinde notların da silinir; hesabını silmeden kaldırılmasını istersen furkaninanjob@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin.

Abonelikler ve ödeme

Plus ve Premium abonelikleri Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve yenilenir. Kart veya ödeme bilgilerini görmeyiz; yalnızca satın almanın doğrulanması için Google Play'den gelen abonelik durumunu, bitiş tarihini ve satın alma jetonunu hesabına bağlı olarak saklarız. Aboneliği istediğin an Google Play'den iptal edebilirsin; hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez, önce Google Play'den iptal etmelisin. İade veya iptalde plan hakların otomatik güncellenir.

Reklamlar

Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilebilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam tercihini ilk açılıştaki izin ekranından yönetebilirsin. Ödüllü reklam izleyerek ek soru hakkı kazandığında, ödülü doğrulamak için hesabına ait rastgele kimliğin ve ödülün türü Google'a iletilir. Sağlık ve beslenme verilerin reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz.

İzinler

Konum, kamera, bildirim, fiziksel aktivite ve Health Connect izinleri yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullandığında istenir ve cihaz ayarlarından her zaman geri alınabilir. İzin vermemek diğer özellikleri engellemez.

Güvenlik

Tüm bağlantılar şifrelidir, veritabanında her kullanıcı yalnızca kendi kayıtlarına erişebilir ve şifreler geri döndürülemez biçimde saklanır. Hiçbir sistem tamamen risksiz olmasa da verilerini korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemleri alırız.

Kontrol sende

Profil ve hedeflerini ayarlardan düzenleyebilir, ilerlemeni sıfırlayabilir, hesabını dondurabilir veya kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Veri talepleri için furkaninanjob@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin.

Çocuklar

Hedefit 16 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır. 18 yaşından küçükler uygulamayı veli veya vasi onayıyla kullanmalıdır.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellendiğinde yeni sürüm tarihi belirtilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde bildirilir ve gerekiyorsa yeniden onayın istenir.

KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

1. Veri sorumlusu

Bu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") madde 10 uyarınca Hedefit mobil uygulamasının veri sorumlusu Furkan İNAN (furkaninanjob@gmail.com) tarafından hazırlanmıştır. Sorularını ve taleplerini furkaninanjob@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsin.

2. İşlenen kişisel veriler

• Kimlik ve iletişim: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, görünen ad; Google ile girişte Google hesabının adı ve e-postası.
• Hesap ve güvenlik: şifrenin geri döndürülemez özeti (şifrenin kendisi saklanmaz), oturum ve giriş kayıtları, yasal onay tarih ve sürümleri.
• Profil: yaş, cinsiyet, hedef, hedef kilo ve süre, antrenman ortamı ve ekipman, başlangıç anketi cevapları, profil fotoğrafı.
• Sağlık verileri (özel nitelikli): boy, kilo ve vücut ölçüleri; antrenman, set, tekrar, ağırlık ve yorgunluk kayıtları; bildirdiğin ağrı/sakatlık bölgeleri; öğün ve besin kayıtları; su, uyku ve adım verileri; izin verirsen Health Connect'ten okunan adım, uyku, kilo ve aktif kalori verileri.
• Konum: yalnızca Hedefit Rota ile kayıt başlattığında, kayıt süresince GPS rota noktaları ve mesafe/tempo bilgileri.
• Görsel: öğün analizi ve ekipman tanıma için çektiğin fotoğraflar (yalnızca analiz için işlenir, sunucularımızda saklanmaz).
• FitKoç: bulut modunda koça yazdığın mesajlar ve sorunun yanıtlanması için gereken profil/antrenman/beslenme özeti. Sohbet geçmişi yalnızca cihazında tutulur.
• FitKoç hafızası: sohbetlerinden çıkarılan ya da açıkça söylediğin kısa notlar. Her not bir kategori (egzersiz, yemek, koçluk veya program tercihi; hedef; kısıt; alışkanlık; ekipman; motivasyon), kısa bir etiket ve değerden oluşur. "Kısıt" notları bir sakatlığa veya sağlık durumuna ilişkin bilgi içerebilir. Notlar sohbet geçmişinden farklı olarak sunucuda hesabına bağlı saklanır; kullanıcı başına en fazla 60 not tutulur.
• Sosyal özellikler: kullanıcı adın, görünen adın ve profil fotoğrafın; arkadaşlık kayıtların (istek durumu ve tarihleri); haftalık XP'n; etkinlik akışında görünen olaylar (antrenman tamamlama, rota mesafesi, başarım ve haftalık hedef/meydan okuma tamamlama ile kazanılan XP); ortak meydan okumalarda başlık, ölçüt, hedef, katılım durumun ve ilerlemen (XP, antrenman sayısı veya kilometre).
• Abonelik: Plus/Premium planın, Google Play satın alma jetonu, abonelik durumu ve bitiş tarihi. Kart veya ödeme bilgilerine erişmeyiz; ödeme Google Play üzerinden alınır.
• Cihaz ve kullanım: uygulama sürümü, hata kayıtları, günlük yapay zekâ kullanım sayacı, yapay zekâ kullanım kayıtları (özellik, plan, kullanılan model, token sayısı ve tahmini maliyet; istek ve yanıt metni içermez), bildirim tercihleri; reklam gösterilen sürümde reklam kimliği.

3. İşleme amaçları

Hesabını oluşturmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak; kişisel antrenman programı, kalori ve makro hedefleri oluşturmak; antrenman, beslenme, adım, uyku ve kilo ilerlemeni takip etmek; FitKoç önerilerini ve öğün/fotoğraf analizlerini sunmak; FitKoç'un tercihlerini ve kısıtlarını hatırlayarak sana zamanla daha uygun yanıt vermesi için hafıza notlarını tutmak; rota kaydı yapmak; aboneliğini doğrulamak ve plan haklarını açmak, iade ve iptallerde erişimi güncellemek; yapay zekâ maliyetini ve kötüye kullanımı izlemek; arkadaşlık, haftalık sıralama, etkinlik akışı ve ortak meydan okumaları işletmek; hatırlatma bildirimleri göndermek; ödül ve seviye sistemini işletmek; kullanıcı adının benzersizliğini ve uygunluğunu denetlemek; hataları gidermek ve hizmeti iyileştirmek; yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek ve olası uyuşmazlıklarda haklarımızı korumak.

4. Hukuki sebepler

Genel nitelikli verilerin; sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c), hukuki yükümlülük (m.5/2-ç), bir hakkın tesisi ve korunması (m.5/2-e) ve meşru menfaat (m.5/2-f) sebeplerine dayanarak işlenir. Özel nitelikli sağlık verilerin (FitKoç hafızasında yer alabilecek sağlık bilgileri dahil) ve yurt dışına aktarım gerektiren işlemler ise ayrıca verdiğin açık rızaya (m.6/2 ve m.9) dayanır. Reklam kimliğinin kişiselleştirilmiş reklam amacıyla kullanımı, uygulamadaki izin ekranında verdiğin tercihe bağlıdır.

5. Aktarılan taraflar ve yurt dışı aktarım

Veriler satılmaz. Hizmetin çalışması için şu hizmet sağlayıcılarla, yalnızca gerekli olduğu kadar paylaşılır:

• Supabase: kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı ve profil fotoğrafı depolama.
• Cloudflare: uygulama sunucusu ve güvenli bağlantı altyapısı.
• OpenAI (ABD): bulut FitKoç yanıtları, öğün/fotoğraf analizleri ve ekipman tanıma. Gönderilen veriler (FitKoç hafıza notların dahil) yanıt üretmek için işlenir ve yapay zekâ modellerini eğitmek için kullanılmaz; fotoğraf içeren isteklerde sağlayıcı tarafında kayıt (store) özelliği kapatılır.
• Google: Google ile giriş, reklam gösterimi (AdMob) ve izin yönetimi, uygulama içi değerlendirme, Google Play üzerinden abonelik satın alma ve doğrulama; Health Connect verileri cihazında Google altyapısı üzerinden okunur.

Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında bulunabilir. Yurt dışı aktarımlar KVKK m.9 kapsamında uygun güvencelere (standart sözleşmeler) veya açık rızana dayanılarak yapılır. Ayrıca yetkili kamu kurumlarının hukuka uygun talepleri halinde veriler paylaşılabilir.

Sosyal özellikleri kullandığında diğer Hedefit kullanıcılarıyla da bazı veriler paylaşılır: kullanıcı adın en az 2 karakter yazan her kullanıcı tarafından aranabilir ve arama sonucunda kullanıcı adın, görünen adın ve profil fotoğrafın görünür (Arkadaşlar ekranındaki "Aramada görün" ayarıyla bunu kapatabilirsin; kapalıyken aramada çıkmazsın, ancak kullanıcı adını tam olarak bilen biri yine de sana arkadaşlık isteği gönderebilir). Kabul ettiğin arkadaşların; kullanıcı adını, görünen adını, profil fotoğrafını, haftalık XP'ni ve etkinlik akışındaki olayları (antrenman tamamlama, rota mesafesi, başarım, haftalık hedef tamamlama ve kazanılan XP) görür. Ortak meydan okumada katılımcılar birbirinin ilerlemesini (XP, antrenman sayısı veya kilometre) görür. Öğün, ölçüm, kilo, sağlık ve konum kayıtların arkadaşlarınla paylaşılmaz.

6. Toplama yöntemi

Veriler; uygulamaya girdiğin bilgiler, cihaz sensörleri (adım sayar, GPS, kamera), izin verdiğin Health Connect bağlantısı ve Google ile giriş aracılığıyla, elektronik ortamda otomatik ve kısmen otomatik yollarla toplanır.

7. Saklama ve silme

Veriler hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. "Hesabı kalıcı sil" işlemiyle hesabın ve ilişkili verilerin silinir; yasal saklama yükümlülüğü olan kayıtlar yalnızca bu süre boyunca tutulur. "İlerlemeyi sıfırla" kayıtlarını siler, "Hesabı dondur" verilerini koruyarak erişimi durdurur. Fotoğraf analizleri saklanmaz; FitKoç sohbeti yalnızca cihazındadır ve uygulamadan temizlenebilir. FitKoç hafıza notları, abonelik kayıtları ile arkadaşlık ve meydan okuma kayıtların hesabını sildiğinde silinir. Yapay zekâ kullanım kayıtları ayrıca en fazla 180 gün sonra silinir. Hesabı silmek Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliği Google Play'den ayrıca iptal etmelisin. Hafıza notlarının hesabını silmeden kaldırılmasını istersen furkaninanjob@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin.

8. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)

Verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhine bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsin. Açık rızanı dilediğin zaman geri alabilirsin.

9. Başvuru

Taleplerini furkaninanjob@gmail.com adresine, hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden iletebilirsin. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz sonuçlandırılır. Yanıtı yeterli bulmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

Web sitesi: yayın bildirimi listesi

Sitedeki “Yayınlanınca haber ver” formunu doldurursan, yalnızca e-posta adresin, kayıt zamanın ve rastgele bir çıkış kodun saklanır. Amaç: Hedefit mağazalarda yayınlandığında sana tek bir e-posta ile haber vermek. Hukuki sebep: açık rızan.

Veri, Cloudflare altyapısında (Workers KV) tutulur ve başka kimseyle paylaşılmaz; başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz. Gönderim denemelerini sınırlamak için IP adresinin yalnızca özeti ve yalnızca 60 saniye süreyle kullanılır. Veriyi, bildirimi gönderene veya senin çıkmana kadar saklarız. Çıkmak için bildirim e-postasındaki bağlantıyı kullanabilir ya da furkaninanjob@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin.

Privacy policy

In short

Hedefit processes the data it needs to help you reach your training and nutrition goals. We never sell your data, we don't use health data for ads, and you can delete your account at any time. Details are in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

What data we use

Your account details (email, username), profile (age, height, weight, goal), logs (workouts, meals, water, sleep, steps, measurements), your location when you allow it (only while recording a route), your camera (meal and equipment analysis) and Health Connect data.

Social features

You can add friends and take part in the weekly XP leaderboard, the activity feed and shared challenges. Your username can be searched by any Hedefit user who types at least 2 characters; a result shows your username, display name and profile photo. You can turn this off with the "Appear in search" setting on the Friends screen; when off, you don't show up in search, but anyone who knows your exact username can still send you a friend request, and current friends are unaffected. Friends you accept can see your username, display name, profile photo, weekly XP and activity summary (workout completed, route distance, achievement, weekly goal/challenge completion and the XP earned). In a challenge, participants see each other's progress. Your meal, measurement, weight, health and location records are not shared with your friends.

Usernames

Each username is unique and can't be taken by anyone else. It must be at least 3 characters; obscene, sexual, profane or insulting names, or names impersonating Hedefit, are not accepted.

Artificial intelligence

Fit Coach's cloud mode, meal/photo analysis and equipment recognition send the information needed to answer your request to the AI provider (OpenAI). The provider processes this data to generate the reply and does not use it to train AI models; for requests that include a photo, provider-side storage (store) is turned off. To monitor service cost and abuse, for each AI request we record only the feature, plan, model, token counts and estimated cost; request and reply text is not recorded and these records are kept for at most 180 days. AI suggestions are not medical advice; if you have a health concern, consult a professional.

Health data, cycle tracking and daily check-in

The daily check-in (energy, sleep, pain, muscle soreness) and cycle tracking are entirely optional; cycle tracking is off by default and nothing is stored unless you turn it on. This data is kept in the database linked to your account, in records only you can access. Your cycle phase and next period date are not stored; they are calculated from the dates each time. It is used to adapt your plan slightly; it is passed to the AI coach only on the Premium plan and only if you turned on "Let Fit Coach use my cycle and check-in context", otherwise it never goes to the AI provider. It is not used for advertising or analytics and is not written to request logs. In Settings → Health data and personalization you can edit your details, turn cycle tracking off, and permanently delete your cycle data or all your health data; it is also deleted when you delete your account. None of this is medical advice.

Fit Coach memory

So that Fit Coach can get to know you and answer more fittingly over time, it stores short notes inferred from your chats or that you state explicitly (exercise and food preferences, goals, constraints, habits, equipment, motivation) on our servers, linked to your account; at most 60 notes are kept per user. Constraint notes may include information about an injury or health condition. These notes are included in the context sent to the AI provider to generate replies. They are deleted when you delete your account; if you want them removed without deleting your account, write to furkaninanjob@gmail.com.

Subscriptions and payment

Plus and Premium subscriptions are purchased and renewed through Google Play. We never see your card or payment details; we only store, linked to your account, the subscription status, end date and purchase token received from Google Play so we can verify your purchase. You can cancel at any time in Google Play; deleting your account does not cancel the subscription, so cancel it in Google Play first. Your plan benefits update automatically on refunds and cancellations.

Ads

The free version may show Google AdMob ads. You can manage personalized ad preferences on the consent screen at first launch. When you earn an extra question by watching a rewarded ad, a random identifier of your account and the reward type are sent to Google to verify the reward. Your health and nutrition data is never shared for advertising.

Permissions

Location, camera, notification, physical activity and Health Connect permissions are requested only when you use the related feature and can always be revoked in device settings. Declining a permission doesn't block other features.

Security

All connections are encrypted, each user can access only their own records in the database, and passwords are stored irreversibly. No system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

You're in control

You can edit your profile and goals in settings, reset your progress, freeze your account or delete it permanently. For data requests, write to furkaninanjob@gmail.com.

Children

Hedefit is not designed for children under 16. Users under 18 should use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Changes

When this policy is updated, the new version date is shown; significant changes are announced in the app and, where required, your consent is requested again.

KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

This privacy notice is issued under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") by Furkan İNAN (furkaninanjob@gmail.com), the data controller of the Hedefit mobile app. You can send questions and requests to furkaninanjob@gmail.com.

2. Personal data we process

• Identity and contact: email address, username, display name; with Google sign-in, your Google account name and email.
• Account and security: an irreversible hash of your password (the password itself is never stored), session and sign-in records, dates and versions of legal consents.
• Profile: age, gender, goal, target weight and timeline, training setting and equipment, onboarding answers, profile photo.
• Health data (special category): height, weight and body measurements; workout, set, rep, weight and fatigue logs; pain/injury areas you report; meal and food logs; water, sleep and step data; if you allow it, steps, sleep, weight and active calories read from Health Connect.
• Location: only while you record with Hedefit Route, GPS route points and distance/pace for the duration of the recording.
• Images: photos you take for meal analysis and equipment recognition (processed only for analysis, not stored on our servers).
• Fit Coach: in cloud mode, the messages you send and the profile/workout/nutrition summary needed to answer. Chat history is kept only on your device.
• Fit Coach memory: short notes inferred from your chats or that you state explicitly. Each note has a category (exercise, food, coaching or schedule preference; goal; constraint; habit; equipment; motivation), a short label and a value. "Constraint" notes may include information about an injury or health condition. Unlike chat history, notes are stored on our servers linked to your account; at most 60 notes are kept per user.
• Social features: your username, display name and profile photo; your friendship records (request status and dates); your weekly XP; events shown in the activity feed (workout completed, route distance, achievement and weekly goal/challenge completion, with the XP earned); in shared challenges, the title, metric, target, your participation status and your progress (XP, workout count or kilometres).
• Subscription: your Plus/Premium plan, Google Play purchase token, subscription status and end date. We never access your card or payment details; payment is handled by Google Play.
• Device and usage: app version, error logs, daily AI usage counter, AI usage records (feature, plan, model used, token counts and estimated cost; they do not contain request or reply text), notification preferences; advertising ID in the ad-supported version.

Creating and securing your account; building your personal training program and calorie and macro targets; tracking your workout, nutrition, step, sleep and weight progress; providing Fit Coach suggestions and meal/photo analysis; keeping memory notes so Fit Coach can remember your preferences and constraints and answer more fittingly over time; recording routes; verifying your subscription and unlocking plan benefits, updating access on refunds and cancellations; monitoring AI cost and abuse; running friendships, the weekly leaderboard, the activity feed and shared challenges; sending reminder notifications; running the rewards and level system; checking that usernames are unique and appropriate; fixing errors and improving the service; meeting legal obligations and protecting our rights in potential disputes.

4. Legal grounds

General personal data is processed on the grounds of entering into and performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), establishing and protecting a right (Art. 5/2-e) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). Special-category health data (including health information that may appear in Fit Coach memory) and processing that requires transfer abroad additionally rely on your explicit consent (Art. 6/2 and Art. 9). Use of the advertising ID for personalized ads depends on the choice you make on the in-app consent screen.

5. Recipients and transfers abroad

Your data is never sold. It is shared with the following service providers only as far as needed to run the service:

• Supabase: authentication, database and profile photo storage.
• Cloudflare: application server and secure connection infrastructure.
• OpenAI (USA): cloud Fit Coach replies, meal/photo analysis and equipment recognition. Data sent (including your Fit Coach memory notes) is processed to produce the reply and is not used to train AI models; for requests that include a photo, provider-side storage (store) is turned off.
• Google: Google sign-in, ad serving (AdMob) and consent management, in-app reviews, subscription purchase and verification through Google Play; Health Connect data is read on your device through Google infrastructure.

These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye. Transfers abroad are made under KVKK Art. 9 on the basis of appropriate safeguards (standard contracts) or your explicit consent. Data may also be shared in response to lawful requests from competent public authorities.

When you use social features, some data is also shared with other Hedefit users: your username can be searched by any user who types at least 2 characters, and a search result shows your username, display name and profile photo (you can turn this off with the "Appear in search" setting on the Friends screen; when off, you don't show up in search, but anyone who knows your exact username can still send you a friend request). Friends you accept can see your username, display name, profile photo, weekly XP and the events in the activity feed (workout completed, route distance, achievement, weekly goal completion and the XP earned). In a shared challenge, participants see each other's progress (XP, workout count or kilometres). Your meal, measurement, weight, health and location records are not shared with your friends.

6. Collection method

Data is collected electronically, by automatic and partly automatic means, through the information you enter in the app, device sensors (step counter, GPS, camera), the Health Connect connection you allow and Google sign-in.

7. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is open. "Delete account permanently" deletes your account and related data; records subject to legal retention are kept only for that period. "Reset progress" deletes your logs, and "Freeze account" stops access while keeping your data. Photo analyses are not stored; Fit Coach chats live only on your device and can be cleared in the app. Fit Coach memory notes, subscription records and your friendship and challenge records are deleted when you delete your account. AI usage records are also deleted after 180 days at the latest. Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription; you must cancel it separately in Google Play. If you want memory notes removed without deleting your account, write to furkaninanjob@gmail.com.

8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, deleted or destroyed, ask for these actions to be notified to recipients, object to an outcome against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time.

9. How to apply

Send your requests to furkaninanjob@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account. Requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you find the reply insufficient, you can file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

Website: launch notification list

If you submit the “Notify me at launch” form on the website, only your email address, the time of signup and a random unsubscribe code are stored, to email you once when Hedefit is published on the app stores. Legal basis: your explicit consent. The data is kept on Cloudflare (Workers KV), is not shared and is not used for anything else. To limit abuse, only a hash of your IP address is used, for 60 seconds. We keep it until the notification is sent or you opt out, via the link in the email or by writing to furkaninanjob@gmail.com.
